Shipping/Return Policy

What are your shipping policies?

We assess a simple $5.99 flat rate shipping charge for all orders placed online regardless of order size. In general, we will be able to ship packages from our store in approximately 5 working days via UPS. This may be longer or shorter depending on a number of factors but we try to ship most items within that time frame. If you need expedited shipping, please call us directly and we will accommodate your request the best we can.​

What about returns? What is your return policy?

Any new/unaltered item (meaning all tags are on the product, and there have been no alterations, hems, or changes) is eligible for a full refund or exchange for 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).

There are NO REFUNDS nor exchanges for altered (tailored), used, or abused items.

Exchanges are available for any unaltered item for up to 90 days from the date you receive the item(s).

After 90 days all sales are final regardless of whether the product has been used, even with the original packaging and receipt.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us via the Contact Us page on the website and we will provide instructions to do so. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. On exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping to the store, and the store will be responsible for the shipping charges back to the customer.

Exceptions may be allowed in the case of a shipping error such as when the product was not the correct product, items were mis-shipped or missing, or anything that is the fault of the store and not the customer. Items purchased via the website are eligible to be returned directly to the store although shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please contact us via the Contact Us page with any further questions. 

My missionary bought ________ before his mission but never used them/it. Can I return them/it? Short answer: No.

Determining a product's returnability is not a function of whether it has been used or is still in the original packaging. It is a function of the set return policy, period, and our manufacturing process. We are different than most other retailers in that while our product may seem the same season in and season out, it is not. We are constantly improving the product based on field experience, finding factories that are better than the ones used previously, and making them better overall. So quite literally, a product you purchase from us today is a better product than we sold just one year or even six months ago.

We ask that you make full use of the items that are listed on your specific call. They were put there for a reason by a mission president. If a call asks for waterproof boots or a coat, then you can definitely find a time and place to use them in the field. You can certainly choose not to use them, but then we recommend you not buy them in the first place.

Clearance Items: Items and are marked clearance are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
